This recipe is fantastic in a crock pot. Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 3-4 hours. Similarly, you can make this in an Instant Pot and cook for 10 minutes on high pressure. Add the garlic, bay leaf and herbs and sauté for another minute before adding the chicken stock, milk and cornflour mixture. Bring to a simmer then add the broccoli florets and shredded chicken.
