Foods with insoluble fibers include wheat, whole wheat bread, whole grain couscous, brown rice, legumes, carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes. The best sources of fiber are whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, legumes, and nuts. Eat whole fruits instead of drinking fruit juices.
